Plastic Injection Moulding

Our injection moulding division has been established since day one and at present supplies large volumes of components to a vast array of industries. We offer a complete design to manufacture service, turning ideas into innovative components using the latest design facilities, be it a full working drawing or prototype.

In partnership with our preferred tool designers we can utilise our experience to provide quality, cost effective tooling that ensures customers technical requirements and objectives are maintained at all times.

Our mould shop runs 24 hours a day with fully trained personnel on hand to carry out regular tool setting, colour or material changes and stringent quality production procedures that are governed by our ISO 9001 Management System.

We can also manufacture insert-moulded components to various specifications and produce small to medium technical mouldings in both basic and high specification engineering polymers.

With our warehouse stocking over 75% of our customers products we feel sure that we can deliver on time, every time. We are also happy to hold stocks of our customer's components against firm orders and call offs, thus reassuring them of supply on demand if any problems are encountered.
